When we set goals for ourselves, there are challenges we face along the way while trying to accomplish those goals. It's also about Addictions and Depression and how we deal with those issues. The 90-Day Podcast can be about anything meaningful in a person's life that they are willing the change to make a difference.

I started the 90-Day Podcast Presented by Crystal Renee in 2021 after being laid off during the great pandemic. I didn't cry about it. I just ask God which hat should I wear next. I always knew there was something special about me that motivated people. I decided to start my own podcast to help myself and others with goal setting. This is my back story of how my nonprofit organization begins to develop.

Christopher Lomax BKA Vuitton 2X is the producer of the 90-Day Podcast presented by Crystal Renee. He was there with me from day one. Producing his genius creative beats. Vuitton 2X is very conservative when it comes to money. He is the treasure of our nonprofit organization.
PETTY OFFICER LOMAX
Madison Lomax was there when I started the 90-Day Podcast presented by Crystal Renee. She was the first person whom I interviewed. "Story Time - Ways To Solve Depression "Maddie Overcoming Depression" found on YouTube. This was before enrolling in the military. Madison is the introduction voice you will hear on every episode. Madison is currently on active duty for the Navy Military Services. Petty Officer Lomax is a strong woman who loves bodybuilding. She has such a beautiful heart. Her strength, perseverance, and endurance keep me motivated. Petty Officer Lomax is a strong writer. She helps me with my writing when she's available. Petty Officer Lomax is the Secretary of our nonprofit organization. In her absence, the director Crystal Renee will take over her duties as secretary for now.

OUR UPCOMING GOALS FOR 2023
Our team goal is for Crystal Renee to host and speaks at the Connecticut Science Center in Hartford, CT coming Soon. The theme is Domestic Violence " A Cry For Help". The goal is to raise money ($5000) for this event. The new non-profit organization 90-Day Podcast Presented by Crystal Renee Story Time, will use the money to invite 100 people women and men who have been abused out to dinner. Tickets are needed and will be purchased at 99 Founders Plaza Suite 527, East Hartford, Ct 06108 for $5.00 each.
